Since conducting his first VA Home Loan Benefit brief in 2005, Tony has often heard, “I wish I would have known that.” Determined to bridge this knowledge gap, he has spent nearly two decades educating over 150,000 military members nationwide.
With deep military roots—his grandfather served in WWII, his father was a 25-year Marine veteran, and he joined the Marine Corps at 18—Tony only learned about the VA Loan when he entered the mortgage industry in 2003. Recognizing its power, he began educating service members, starting in Hawaii and expanding nationwide.
To further his mission, he became certified by the National Association of Realtors to teach Military Relocation and VA Loan education courses, ensuring real estate professionals ask, “Did you serve?”—helping more Veterans access their benefits.
Beyond real estate, he has contributed over $650,000 to organizations like US Vets and Operation Homefront. His leadership has helped countless families achieve homeownership, driving VA Loan usage in Hawaii from 1.83% to 25.7%. Though progress has been made, his mission continues—to help as many Veterans as possible own a piece of the country they defended.
