Sue started in the mortgage industry in April 2001 and has a diverse background having gone thru all of the challenges of the industry throughout the years with changing markets, programs, changing interest rates and home prices. Sue has a genuine desire of making sure her customers are well taken care of and is always readily available; it is rare to get voice mail when working with Sue. For her, it is important to make customers feel like they are important because they are, and makes sure they fully understand everything about the loan and are filled in every step of the way in the loan process, as well as keeping other parties in the transaction informed too. She also works with people who may be credit challenged and helps them accomplish their goal of home buying. Sue is definitely patient and spends time with clients and establishes relationships because no client is ‘just a number’ to her.
Sue’s greatest satisfaction is working with first time home buyers and watching them get the keys to their first home and accomplishing their dream of home ownership. But Sue also loves working with investors, self-employed individuals, veterans, first time, 2nd time, and last-time retiring/retired home buyers.
Sue is retired from the US Navy with combined active duty and reserves service and has a passion for helping fellow active-duty members and veterans with home buying. She also has a love for animals, and supports groups that provide care, protection, and finding permanent homes for animals in need.
