Rich is the active managing broker of Rich Russo Realty & Co established in 2020. Licensed for almost 30 years and holding a degree in Finance, Rich brings extensive experience and a special skill set to the real estate industry. He prides himself on not only finding and negotiating the best deals for his clients but also assisting them after the sale by connecting them with other service professionals and offering full-service, in-house property management. Rich’s main directive is to create life-long professional relationships, while helping others in meeting their own financial goals using real estate as a widget. Rich has sold almost $300,000,000.00 in real estate in his career and has been in the top 1% of Realtors in Central Ohio for the past 6 years running—just he and Jen—competing against large teams and sometimes entire brokerages—and credits this accomplishment a lot of hard work and dedication to his clients. He also enjoys mentoring new agents with his vast industry knowledge and experience, helping them build their clientele and achieve/surpass their own business goals. Rich’s youngest daughter, Alyssa, recently joined the brokerage and eventually Rich hopes to open up a satellite brokerage in Florida.
