Laura has been assisting home buyers in the pursuit of the American Dream for over 13 years. Her area of expertise is working with buyers on purchasing fixer up homes with a variety of Rehab Loan products., such as; 203K Rehab Loan, Home Style Remodeler and Home Path Renovation. She is also proficient in the traditional mortgage products conventional and government lending program.
As a veteran of the mortgage industry, Laura works side by side with her customers and realtors to ensure that the home buying process is an enjoyable one. Many of her clients comment on the fact that she is literally available “24/7”.
She enjoys working with first time home buyers so that she can educate them on the home buying process and make their first purchase a memorable experience.
Laura also works with future buyers on establishing and repairing credit so that they can get in to the position to purchase a home in the future.
Laura has built up a strong clientele base with realtors and past clients and has established a network of repeat customers and a thriving referral business.

Laura and her husband live in Oakland County with their children and their dog. They are avid campers and love exploring all the beauty that the State of Michigan has to offer. One campsite at a time. She and her husband are community minded individuals, volunteering at their children’s school with track, band and various other school functions.
