Instead, they decided to sell the property for more than twice what they paid. They thought they did pretty good! Then they learned the property was actually worth nearly $20,000 more than they sold it for. The cost of this bad advice led him to his current role as a strategic partner to home buyers and investors just like him. Ultimately, it furthered his commitment to bringing only sound advice and proven solutions to his clients.
