Bailey was born and raised in Parker, Colorado, and attended Metropolitan State University of Denver where she studied Communications and Marketing. She later completed her SAFE mortgage licensing education before beginning her career in federal mortgage origination with Four Mile Mortgage powered by Texana Bank.
Bailey is passionate about building genuine relationships and creating a mortgage experience that feels approachable, supportive, and transparent for every client. With a background in communication, organization, and customer service, she is committed to helping clients feel confident and informed throughout the process.
Outside of the mortgage industry, Bailey has coached gymnastics for several years, an experience that strengthened her communication skills, patience, and passion for helping others grow and succeed.
