Missy Sanders is known throughout the East Tennessee real estate community for her caring nature, patience, and unwavering professionalism. With a strong foundation in both client service and transaction management, she brings a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to every partnership.
Missy earned her associate’s degree in business management from Roane State Community College and spent over 15 years in the title and escrow industry. That extensive experience gives her a deep understanding of the closing process, contract details, and the importance of clear communication—making her a trusted resource for clients, agents, and lending partners alike. Her transition into real estate was a natural step, driven by a desire to further grow the Sanders name while continuing to serve others at a high level.
She is deeply rooted in the local community and values the relationships she has built over the years. Outside of real estate, Missy enjoys time with her family, including her two children—her daughter, who earned a Master of Occupational Therapy from Tennessee Wesleyan University, and her son, who served as a Combat Medic in the United States Army and now works in sales in the Clinton area.
Missy and her family are active in their community and attend The Church at Sterchi Hills. She also shares her home with three beloved dogs, including two local rescues. Her commitment to service, both professionally and personally, continues to be a defining part of who she is.
