Austin Caudell is a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager with Texana Bank and has been helping clients navigate the mortgage process since entering the industry in September 2018. Throughout his career, Austin has maintained licensing across all 50 states and has developed extensive experience with a wide range of residential loan programs.
He works with everything from Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans to more specialized financing solutions including bank statement loans, DSCR loans, asset depletion programs, state bond programs, and down payment assistance options. Austin regularly assists first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, and homeowners looking to purchase, refinance, consolidate debt, or access equity. He also has significant experience working with real estate investors financing single-family rentals and multifamily properties.
Austin’s approach centers around identifying solutions and removing as many variables as possible early in the process. By focusing on preparation, communication, and thoughtful problem-solving, his goal is to provide a smooth and predictable mortgage experience while delivering the highest level of service to every client.
Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have three children—two girls and a boy—and much of their time is spent attending practices, coaching teams, and cheering from the sidelines at their kids’ sporting events.
