Meet Rafael Martinez – a Marine Corps veteran who knows what it means to serve with dedication and integrity. During his five years in the Marines, he supported the 2nd Marine Raider Battalion and later continued his commitment to excellence working on the F-35 program at Lockheed Martin. Those experiences taught him the value of precision, teamwork, and perseverance—qualities he now brings to every client he serves.
For nearly four years, Rafael has built a career in the mortgage industry, helping families achieve the dream of homeownership. He understands that buying a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions you’ll make, and his goal is to make the process clear, smooth, and stress-free. In addition to his role as a Senior Loan Officer, Rafael is also a licensed Realtor® in Texas, assisting clients with buying and selling homes throughout DFW and the surrounding areas. This dual perspective allows him to provide guidance that goes beyond financing, giving his clients a complete advantage in today’s market.
Outside of work, Rafael has been married to his wife Leslie for 11 years, and together they’re raising two beautiful daughters. As a family, they love spending time outdoors—boating, hiking, and exploring new places.
