Julie was born and raised in the small, rural town of Havre, Montana where she learned the value of hard work and a driven work ethic. Her undergraduate education was completed at St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN where she graduated with a bachelors degree in Church Music in 2004. She worked as a choir director, organist, and private teacher in Massachusetts and Michigan until she changed her career path in 2013 to being a self-employed massage therapist. She spent the next 10 years primarily working with the horse and rider and developed a particular affinity for the Arabian community, providing services around the country at various national and regional horse show events. Post-COVID, Julie worked as an underwriter for United Wholesale Mortgage where she developed a passion for helping people make their dreams of homeownership possible. She joined the Texana team in May of 2025 where she looks forward to continuing to help people as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys doing triathlons and jiu-jitsu, watching true crime shows with her husband, Greg, cuddling with her 2 dogs, and being bossed around by her 2 cats.
