Yvonne brings both heart and experience to her work in real estate. Originally born in Los Angeles and raised in Las Vegas, she and her family made St. Augustine home in 2014 after spending several years vacationing in the area. She quickly fell in love with the town’s strong sense of community and now enjoys helping others discover what makes it so special.
Yvonne and her husband, Larry, have been married for over 30 years and share a deep commitment to family and community. Together, they have five children-two of whom were adopted-and are proud grandparents to five grandchildren. As owners of a local martial arts academy, they have become well-known and active members of the St. Augustine community, and they are deeply involved in their Catholic faith and Diocese.
With over 20 years of training in Muay Thai and experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Yvonne brings discipline, dedication, and a strong work ethic to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, crocheting, cooking, and singing.
Yvonne considers it a true privilege to guide clients through their real estate journey. Whether helping someone find the perfect home or successfully sell their property, she values the relationships built along the way.
